Denuncia/inconformidad enviada por una lectora

La sucursal del Banco de Costa Rica más cercana a mi trabajo es la del Mall San Pedro, pero para mi mala suerte parece que es la peor de todas o en general así de malo es el servicio?. En dos ocasiones han logrado que realmente me moleste:
La primera fue el llamado insistente para que actualizara mis datos y cuando por fin accedí, me presenté a la cita a la hora en punto, pero como iban atrasados de muy mal modo se me indicó que me podían atender 40 minutos después. Es una desconsideración, en especial porque había pedido permiso en el trabajo. Será que piensan que uno no tiene nada que hacer?
La más reciente sucedió al querer pagar el marchamo por anticipado para evitar las largas filas. Fui el día de hoy (25 de noviembre) a hacer este trámite aprovechando un gran anuncio en el periódico La Nación de días recientes que decía que en el BCR se realizaba el trámite. Mi sorpresa; no tienen la impresora codificada para las facturas del marchamo, y por lo tanto hasta nuevo aviso no se puede dar ese servicio.

_____________Como nota adicional, parece que el BCR Mall San Pedro no es el único con problemas anunciando servicios que no está preparado para brindar, pues en una nota de Al Día del 15 de noviembre, ya se señalaban fallos del sistema en otras sucursales. -GAlcidesS

Que lindo es ser empleado público, el mundo es color de rosa... por eso ese banco funciona tan mal.
El BCR nunca ha sido bueno, que yo recuerde. Es igual que el Nacional... filas kilometricas, a los empleados les vale verga todo, la mitad de las cajas fuera de servicio siempre...
Hace unos días en una sucursal del BCR en san pedro (no sé cual la verdad) a mi novia le quisieron cambiar un cheque del Banco Nacional porque le dijeron que ya no los cambiaban y que no tenían sistema. Por cosas del destino yo estaba acompañando a un compañero del brete ha hacer lo mismo, pero en la sucursal de acá en barreal de heredia y si le cambiaron el cheque. Entonces? a quien le cree uno?
Yo creo que la muchacha que atendió a mi novia tenía pereza de trabajar!
Lo mismo pasó con lo de las licencias y los pasaportes... fue un huevo echarlo a andar...
Ahora, entre el Nacional y el CR... me quedo con este último, aunque no por mucho...
Por cierto, las cosas absurdas. Un estaba en Multiplaza y necesitaba depositar en el Banco Nacional. Estaban abriendo (a la 1pm) y ya había un filón... me acordé que en el BCR se podía también depositar pues ambos bancos estaban "integrados"... la agencia del BCR estaba casi vacía... llego a la caja... se necesita la "Cuenta Cliente" porque con el número de cuenta corriente normal, no se puede! ¿Y no se les ha ocurrido hacer una aplicación paralela que de el número de cuenta cliente a partir del número de cuenta corriente?
Pero por favor señores no dejemos por fuera el banco Popular
Ahi yo si me las he visto de cuadritos con un cajero ke me dijo ke no me podia aceptar el pago del prestamo porke el cheke no staba endosado, cuando el cheke venia a nombre del "BANCO POPULAR" despues de varios minutos y pedirle ke me llamara al jefe de cajas el cual me dijo ke su compañero estaba ekivocado pero ke como el cheke habia SALIDO de la cuenta d X y era para depositar a la cuenta de Y, no se podia ...
Desde cuando a un Banco le interesa kien esta pagando una cuenta
Y la llegue a depositar en el mismo banco un cheke a una cuenta corriente el cajero me pidio el numero de cuenta cliente porke sin el no me podia hacer la transaccion y cuando le dije ke si le daba el num. de ced. me dijo ke con eso no podia averiguarlo
Llamo al BCR para q por favor me indiquen el numero de mi cta ahorros (nunca la uso) y necesitaba me hicieran un deposito.. Pues mi sorpresa.. tengo q ir al Banco directamente a q me la den.. porq por telefono no es posible.. q ridicules!! estan demasiado traumados con los robos q les hacen por internet..tanto q afectan a los clientes. Hoy busco en su pag web y no tienen lista de la ubicacion de sus sucursales. pesimo!!
Mi mama pago el marchamo electronicamente en la pagina del BCR el 17 de diciembre y aun hoy 13 de enero no nos ha llegado a la casa tal y como lo anuncian con bombos y platillos en su pagina web. lo peor es que el banco no se hace responsable pues ellos "contrataron una empresa" que es la respónsable de hacer llegar los marchamos a la casa, pero lo mas que pudo hacer un cajero en el BCR de Heredia fue enviar un mail a dicha empresa, que por lo visto hizo oidos sordos.....
