No pude contenerme y tengo que dejar mi frustración plasmada en letras, estoy harta... Si, HARTA...
He intentado varias veces hacer la cancelación y que me borren del sistema del Banco CITI pero NO, no me dejan...

Luego de enredarme en esa telaraña del crédito, cancelé mi deuda, tenía que seguir adelante y mejorar mis finanzas y una tarjeta de crédito con ellos no era una opción para estabilizarme y organizarme económicamente.
Fuí al Banco en esa oportunidad y luego de pagar lo que debía pedí que me la cerraran. Cortamos la tarjeta y dí por un hecho que la joven que me atendió en esa oportunidad había hecho bien su trabajo, pero no...
Según los records que tienen y medio recuerdo, el extrafinanciamiento terminó en Enero del 2008 y resulta que hace poco menos del mes me llega un estado de cuenta del Banco CITI pidiendo que cancele 30 mil colones por la anualidad... o.0 ¿anualidad de algo que no tengo?
Desde el 15 de Julio intenté cerrarla pero harta del tiempo perdido por teléfono dije que si la mantenía pero que me reversaran el cargo... "lo hicieron"... Hoy pasé a la Sucursal de Heredia de CITI para pedir de nuevo la cancelación pero que solo se puede hacer por teléfono no en Servicio al Cliente o Plataforma.
Llamé... duré 23 minutos con el Departamento de Retenciones y no tuve éxito... en pocas palabras y luego de tres llamadas, tengo dos opciones:
1. Aceptar quedarme con la "línea crediticia" para que no pague los 30 mil colones.
2. Pagar los 30 mil colones y me eliminan del sistema.
Una tercera opción es esperarme seis meses y llamar para pedir la cancelación que sin traba alguna me la harán... ¿Quién me lo garantiza? o llamar en Abril del 2010 y pedir eso mismo... y sin ningún pero lo hacen... ¿Porqué no lo hacen hoy?
Ah, les cuento que no nos cobran la anualidad de la tarjeta como a veces vienen en los estados de cuenta, sino que te cobran la línea crediticia... osea, debemos estar agradecidos con el Banco que nos dé chance de tener crédito con ellos y por eso pagarles, no por el plástico. Así que si te salen cobrando por la tarjeta alguna vez pues defiéndase pues por una renovación, robo, reposición o sus similares no le pueden cobrar.

¿Porqué quiero cancelar la "tarjeta"? Me preguntó la primera chica al teléfono y le dí cuatro razones:
1. NO tengo cuenta con CITI directamente
2. NO tengo en ningún momento plástico o la tarjeta
3. NO me interesa tener vínculo con CITI
4. El PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE QUE SIEMPRE HAN DADO, incluso desde que eran AVAL

Gracias a Dios nunca me embarque con Aval, pero si tengo varios años de ser cliente del antiguo Banco Cuscatlan, que en su momento tenía muy buen servicio y no me quejo.
Desde que se unieron las marcas Aval y Cuscatlan para ser Citi, el servicio es pésimo, los bancos están siempre llenos y no es la misma atención.
Lo peor que le puede pasar a uno (ademas de que le roben de la compu un video porno) es tener una tarjeta con ese Banco. Que tristeza, si antes era un verdaro problema (cuando era Aval) ahora es peor, el servicio al cliente no es malo, sencillamente no saben ni que es. El martirio empieza con solo marcar su numero de telefono, se complica cuando te dicen Buenos días...etc. Prefiero el "etc" xq si sigo escribiendo creo que me censurarian de ticoblogger jajaja.
Palas solo te queda ponerte chucara, de verdad, vaya personalmente y hagales un escandalo y veras como rapidito encuentran solucion a la "confusión".
